Monica Foley is a Principal with Knightsbridge in Toronto and specializes in business development, coaching and career transition work with senior executives. She brings extensive business and consulting experience to the practice in the areas of change management, and development of pioneering business opportunities within enterprise organizations such as IBM and Xerox. She has also been instrumental driving growth in start up organizations. Monica has a broad background in information technology, training and education, sales and general management. She has extensive experience as an independent marketing consultant, as well as in managing and coaching top producing sales talent to ensure revenue generation and bottom line results. Monica graduated in Communications from Concordia University, Montreal. She has done post graduate studies in Knowledge Management and Human Resources. She is founder and past board member of Evergreen Hospice and has a passionate interest in cross generational issues.
