Robert Gardner, Managing Partner

As Managing Partner of Axsium Group Inc., Mr. Gardner oversees Axsium’s growing business opportunities and service lines in both North America and internationally. Mr. Gardner's proven track record as an impactful leader with both software and service-oriented technology organizations brings an added dimension and value add to Axsium's service offerings.

Prior to being appointed Managing Partner in March 2009, Mr. Gardner served as Partner in charge of all Sales and Business Development – as well as all strategic relationships and partnerships. His natural leadership skills and unmatched ability to forge positive and productive relationships with customers, partners and industry analysts have been instrumental in propelling Axsium to the top of the Workforce Management consulting industry.

Prior to joining Axsium, Mr. Gardner held the position of Vice President of Sales at Workbrain Inc, an innovator in Enterprise Workforce Management software and services delivery. At Workbrain he built a strategic, solution-oriented enterprise sales organization that led Workbrain through five years of double digit sales growth.

Prior to Workbrain, Mr. Gardner held various leadership roles at a number of innovative Human Capital Management solution providers, including ProAct Technologies, iExpert Inc. and User Technologies Inc. Mr. Gardner holds a Bachelor of Finance degree from Missouri State University.
