Dr. Ralph Shedletsky, Ph.D., C.Psych, CMC

Dr. Ralph Shedletsky is Chief Customer Office with Knightsbridge Human Capital Solutions.

Ralph has previously served as Chief Operating Officer, Managing Director of Career Solutions and Leadership Solutions, and headed Executive Coaching and Transition practices. He is a founding Partner of GSWconsultants, a leading HR consulting firm that joined Knightsbridge in 2002.

Ralph is responsible for delivering the fully integrated platform of human capital solutions to Knightsbridge’s customers across Canada and abroad. Ralph continues to consult with Boards and C-Suite Executives on their Human Capital needs and solutions.

His work with Boards and Executives spans a broad spectrum of industry sectors including Canada’s top organizations and corporations.

Ralph is a CMC and a Fellow of the International Board of Career Management Professionals, holds a doctoral degree in Organizational Psychology and has presented nationally and internationally on leadership development. Ralph has served on a number of community agency boards, including in the capacity of President and Chair of the Board.
