Kelly McDougald

Kelly McDougald is the Managing Director for the Career Solutions practice in Canada and is a member of the Executive Committee of Knightsbridge Human Capital Solutions.

Prior to this role, she was the CEO of the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation, a $6.5 B corporation employing 20,000 people across the province of Ontario.

Kelly’s cross function leadership experience includes more than 20 years in senior executive positions at Nortel Networks and Bell Canada where she led diverse functional groups including Corporate Strategy, Sales and Marketing, R&D and Business Development. As President of TTS-Wiltel, Kelly led 400 person national company providing telecom services to Canadian corporations. As a corporate director Kelly has served as a Director and Committee Member of numerous organizations including Allstate Canada, The Interprovincial Lottery Corporation and the Toronto Board of Trade.

Kelly holds a BA from the University of Western Ontario and is a graduate of the Director’s Education Programs at the University of Toronto (ICD.D) and Stanford University.
