Glenn L. Tibbles, CHRP
Glenn Tibbles is Managing Director, Alberta & Prairies with Knightsbridge in Calgary.
Prior to joining Knightsbridge, he was Regional Vice President & Managing Principal of a large international human capital consulting firm. During this time he consulted and advised at senior levels across many business sectors, including energy, engineering, communications, information technology, retail, not-for-profit, transportation, manufacturing, publishing, media, and local government. He has served on many Boards of Directors including most recently, Lougheed House Conservation Society, the Human Resource Association of Calgary (“HRAC”) where he was President in 2008/09, and the Human Resources Institute of Alberta (“HRIA”). Prior to that Glenn developed his management skills in organizations as diverse as the Calgary Chamber of Commerce, two international airlines, and education institutions.
With significant experience in management, administration, and human resources, Glenn’s focus is on helping maximize individual and team performance. He is an experienced facilitator and consultant in the area of career transition, career management and managing and leading change. He excels in helping organizations and leaders manage career transition efficiently, effectively and with dignity.
Glenn has worked with organizations in a variety of sectors —including financial, transportation, energy, media, health care, utilities, not-for-profit, and government. A sought-after media spokesperson and public speaker, Glenn has addressed many human capital consulting conferences and seminars, and has done many dozens of television, magazine, and newspaper interviews.
Glenn is a graduate of the University of British Columbia and taught both at the secondary and university levels in B.C. He is a Certified Human Resources Professional (“CHRP”).
