Frances Randle, CHRP

Frances Randle, located in Toronto, is the Managing Director of Knightsbridge Talent Solutions, which consists of three national practices – Interim Management, Predictor and Recruitment Solutions.

Previously, Frances was the founding President & C.E.O. of Career Edge, A National Youth Internship Program that recruited and managed the placement of thousands of University and College graduates into internships with Canada’s leading private and public sector employers. Prior to Career Edge, Frances was a Vice President of Human Resources with CIBC, Noma Industries and Corby Distilleries Limited.

Frances has been a volunteer for HRPAO for over 20 years and served as its President, Past President and Chair from 1991 – 1993 and was HRPAO’s representative in the Canadian Association of Human Resources Professional Associations.

Frances has acquired significant experience in providing strategic Human Capital management solutions to both external and internal clients in the following industry sectors: financial services, industrial/manufacturing, government, consumer goods/retail, technology, professional services, and non-for-profit.

Her academic and practical experience provides Frances with a strategic and disciplined approach to customer service, business management and Human Capital management.

Ms. Randle studied psychology and economics through the University of Waterloo and business/executive development through Ivy Business School.
