C. David Thacker

David Thacker is V.P. Human Resources at Knightsbridge and a Senior Associate Consultant. He is responsible for the company’s national human resource strategy. In addition, he works with a variety executives and organizations in career management, executive coaching and leadership solutions.

Previously he held a variety of Human Resource positions with PepsiCo in Canada and internationally. As V.P. Human Resources, he played a unique leadership role in the transformation of Pepsi Cola Canada. He developed and implemented processes to integrate several thousand new employees and created a series of human resource tools and programs to maximize front line performance and develop line management capabilities.

He was also based in the United Kingdom as the most senior human resource executive responsible for Pepsi’s operations in Southern Europe and Africa. Prior to Pepsi, Mr. Thacker held positions of increasing responsibility in consumer products and hospital supplies industries.

David’s practice is dedicated to building organization and individual performance. He works with a variety of Companies and Senior Executives, helping them better understand themselves, their colleagues and their teams. He uses a variety of tools as he works with Executives to create individual and team goals and action plans linked to their business strategies. By building a working partnership with each Executive David provides ongoing support as leaders improve their individual capabilities and competencies while enhancing organizational performance.

David works with individuals and organizations in a variety of sectors including telecommunications, health care, financial services, consumer goods, and manufacturing.

He is a Certified Management Consultant and holds an Economics Degree from York University in Toronto and has studied at Queens and The University of Western Ontario.
