Brad is a natural innovator and leader, piloting many successful business opportunities throughout his career. Brad brings to the Knightsbridge team close to 2 decades of leadership and management experience not only within the training industry, but also project management, entertainment and the design industry. Aside from leading the iPal team in Ottawa, Brad holds the designation of Project Management Professional is the President on the Board of Director’s with the Project Management Institute Ottawa Chapter. Additionally, Brad sits on the advisory board for Algonquin College’s Multiple Media Design Program.
Brad’s focus at iPal has always been on the advancement of the eLearning industry by pairing cutting edge technology with ground breaking design models and best practices. Brad has been vital to iPal’s impressive success because he understands what companies need in an eLearning solution. Brad is a true people person and his genuine interest in making an organization succeed has made iPal the obvious choice for many businesses.
Brad’s past experience and accomplishments include professor at Ottawa’s Algonquin College, Director of Project Management with the Project Management Center and founder and CEO of a multi-million dollar design company in Ottawa. Brad won the ‘Top 40 Under 40 Entrepreneurial Award and most recently has had two of his innovative Design Models published with the Canadian Society of Training and Development (CSTD) and the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD).
